The Radiologist uses the MRI machine to examine the internal organs of the patient and discover the source of pain. Have the patient lie down on the examination table and position them under the screening device before beginning the scan. Once the scan is completed, the doctor will come in to discuss the results and determine any necessary course of treatment.
