This activity is inspired by a process borrowed from photography: cyanotype.
Using opaque patterns and natural elements of their choice, the child creates scenes on photosen-sensitive paper. After exposure to the sun, the paper is marked with negative patterns. Simply rinse the paper in a bath of clear water, and the scene reveals itself against a blue background!
