Each set includes two knee pads and two elbow pads, and come in two sizes: XXS and S (see the technical specifications for the sizes of each). All pads are made with high quality shock absorbing foam and durable outer shells to cushion falls and protect against scrapes. The quick release system makes the pads incredibly easy to put on and take off, while maintaining the correct size and fit for the next ride.
