Simulate the epic power of a volcano in your own home! Build a massive model with a sturdy frame that slides together effortlessly. Wrap it in hardening plaster-coated fabric strips and paint it to look realistic. Add dinosaur cutouts and prehistoric trees to recreate an ancient volcanic landscape from the age of dinosaurs. Choose between two volcano shapes — your finished model stands over one foot tall.
Mix the included non-hazardous powders, dye, and water to create a chemical reaction that produces flowing red ooze simulating molten lava. Six packets of chemicals allow multiple eruptions. The kit includes a full-color scientific poster with illustrated instructions and educational information about volcanoes, their types, causes, and impact on Earth's history. Perfect for hands-on learning and creative play combined.
